A Radio News Release is a 60-second news story that includes a soundbite from your spokesperson and is pitched and fed to radio stations and networks nationwide. At Lyons PR, we will only produce a Radio News Release (RNR) that we believe will be successful and offer stations useful information. Radio News Releases are available in both English and Spanish, and MUST be timely and newsworthy.
Radio News Releases can be produced quickly and distributed nationwide or according to targeted geographic regions or specific demographics. Our producers create radio-friendly scripts and will work with your spokesperson to elicit a natural-sounding, radio-ready soundbite. Once produced, RNRs are pitched and distributed directly to station and network news directors. Airing information is then verified and compiled to create a comprehensive broadcast usage report.
